Arriving in Liege

By plane

Liege has one international airport, Liege Airport (LGG), that is connected to Liege's public transport system. For more information http://www.liegeairport.com/en/bus-shuttle-taxis.

However, if you come by plane, there is a greater chance you land in Brussels National Airport. From there you can take a train connection to Liege (via Brussels or Leuven). See www.belgianrail.be

By train

Liège-Guillemins is one of the busiest stations in the French-speaking part of Belgium and a major high-speed rail hubThalysICE and InterCity trains make it easy to travel to GermanyFrancethe Netherlands and Luxembourg from there.

From the station, you can either walk  (30') or take any bus line  (10') to the city centre. 

Just a reminder: the conference takes place in the city centre campus, make sure you do not go to the other campus (Sart Tilman)
